Consultation Services
Strategy consultations and advisory sessions are non-refundable once completed.
Project Payments
Payments toward development, design, strategy, or marketing execution are allocated to dedicated resources and are generally non-refundable.
Eligible Refund Situations
- Project has not started
- Payment made in error
- Failure to initiate agreed work
Partial Refunds
- Completed work billed proportionally
- Unused amount may qualify for partial refund
Subscription Services
- Minimum 15-day cancellation notice required
- Active billing cycles are non-refundable
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
