All services are governed by individual project agreements.

We may use third-party platforms, APIs, or hosting providers. KrafNext is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments remain unpaid
• Misuse or unlawful activity occurs

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
